The aim of the mentoring program is to provide females in STEM academia or those aspiring to undertake such courses with a solid support network to enable them to reach their career goals and make informed career decisions though helpful events, information and networking with established professionals in similar fields.

  2. Understanding the issues to be tackled, setting goals and priorities
  3. Making progress: take action with regular contact and feedback
